Mr. Vijay Kumar Reddy is a visionary entrepreneur with a strong foundation in engineering and business leadership. An alumnus of the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Warangal, he began his professional career with Blue Star Ltd, where he developed deep insights into operations, systems, and customer management.

In 1996, he co-founded Select Engineering & Systems with a mission to create a reliable and professionally managed enterprise. Over the years, this venture evolved into the widely recognized Select Group of Companies, which now spans several business verticals across India. The group includes Select Engineering & Systems, Select Cars, Tejaswi Automobiles, Select Automobiles, Select Bikes, Select Motors, and Select Technologies Pvt. Ltd.—the latter serving as a national distributor for top-tier global brands like Logitech, Belkin, and Avocor.

Through his dynamic leadership and relentless pursuit of excellence, Mr. Vijay Kumar Reddy has helped build a group that today employs more than 1600 individuals and generates an annual turnover of over 1500 crores. A graduate of the prestigious National Institute of Technology (NIT), Warangal, he began his career with Blue Star Ltd, where he gained valuable expertise in engineering systems and customer-focused solutions.

In 1996, driven by a shared vision to build a performance-driven and customer-centric organization, he co-founded Select Engineering & Systems. This entrepreneurial step laid the foundation for the Select Group of Companies—an enterprise that has grown steadily over the years into a highly diversified business group. Under his leadership, the group expanded its presence across multiple sectors including engineering services, automobile retail, and national technology distribution.

Today, the Select Group comprises businesses such as Select Engineering & Systems, Select Cars, Tejaswi Automobiles, Select Automobiles, Select Bikes, Select Motors, and Select Technologies Pvt.
