Branch Sales Manager/Business Development Manager

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience: 4– 6 years of experience in B2B sales from IT Distribution/System Integrator (SI)/Multi-Brand AV or IT solution providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and sales activities across IT and AV infrastructure solutions including Servers, EPABX, Storage, Networking Products, AV Products, Security Solutions, and Displays.
- Engage with large system integrators (50 Cr+ turnover), AV channel partners, and Enterprise/SMB customers to drive solution-based sales.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs and act as the point of contact for partner enablement and collaboration.
- Conduct market research and intelligence gathering to identify new business opportunities and customer segments.
- Perform product demos and technical presentations as part of the pre-sales process.
- Manage and expand the partner network within the assigned geography, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.
- Provide accurate and timely reports using MS Office tools.
- Be open to travel to outstations for business meetings, customer visits, events, or channel development activities.

Inside Sales Representative

Qualification: Graduate in Business/Marketing/IT
or relevant field.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, pre-sales, or tele sales within the IT Distribution / AV / System Integration industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and online research.
- Develop a strong understanding of product offerings including Servers, Storage, EPABX, AV solutions, Networking, Displays, and Security products.
- Collaborate with the field sales team to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with OEMs, system integrators, and channel partners for product positioning, pricing, and quotations.
- Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and proposals to drive conversions.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular reports using MS Office tools.
- Assist in marketing campaigns, emailers, and webinars to support lead generation efforts.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to the team.
Key Requirements:
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes, with exposure to selling enterprise-level products
- Strong communication and telephonic presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and lead generation databases.
- High level of ownership, energy, and target orientation.
- Ability to work both independently and in coordination with cross-functional teams.
